We are not here to judge you. We are here to help you. Often time others will judge individuals who surrender their pets to rescues. What they don’t see is the emotional battle owners face when deciding to surrender their pets. It’s a selfless action to admit you can’t provide what your pet deserves and want to allow them to find that. It’s a responsible decision. You are ensuring your pet has a soft, safe place to land. Although it’s not required, We do suggest a $50.00 surrender fee to provide towards the pet’s future expenses at the sanctuary. We are a nonprofit and solely rely on donations. Please fill out our application before donating the fee. Each application has to be evaluated and approved. Evaluation of the dog may be required depending on the circumstance.
