Thank you for choosing our rescue to apply to find your new best friend! We have requirements set in place to ensure our dogs find the best homes suited for their needs. Please note that applying does not guarantee the ability to adopt one of our rescue dogs. We reserve the right to deny adoption to anyone. All applications must be fully completed. Any applications missing information will be deemed invalid. If a question does not apply to you, fill in “N/A”. Before proceeding please keep in mind dogs can be more than a decade-long commitment. You must be ready to commit to that dog for the rest of their lives. Dogs need consistent companionship just like human toddlers.

Requirements:

• Must be 20 years or older with a valid ID

• Must be a Florida resident with proof of residency

• No known history of animal abuse

• A home visit is required

• Any current pets in the household must be up to date on all vaccinations, heartworm preventions, and spayed/neutered.

• If adopting a puppy, adopters must be able to follow up on any required vet appointments at SPAY N SAVE in Longwood.

All adoption fees go 100% to the adopted dog’s veterinary expenses and future rescues.

Adult Dog - $250.00

Senior- $150.00

Puppy - $350.00
